Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of instancez (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them.
The Service
instancez lets you build and run a backend, database, auth, and storage, either hosted by us or self-hosted, from configuration your AI coding agent writes.
Your account
You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
Your data and code
You own what you build. Your project's schema, code, and application data belong to you. We don't claim ownership of anything you create on the Service.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, abuse other users, or attack our infrastructure. We can suspend accounts that do.
Payment
Paid plans bill monthly or yearly in advance, at the prices listed on our pricing page. You can cancel anytime; we don't offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Open source
The instancez runtime is open source under Apache-2.0. If you stop using our hosted service, you can self-host the same software.
Availability
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Enterprise customers get a separate SLA agreement.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post changes here and update the date above.
