instancez ("we", "us") provides an AI-operated backend platform. This policy covers the personal data we process when you use it.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication credentials, to run your account.
• Project data: the schema, code, and configuration you or your AI agent write, stored with your project.
• Application data: the data your end users create inside apps you build on instancez, stored in your project's dedicated Postgres instance.
• Usage data: operational metrics (requests, errors, resource use) needed to run and bill the service.

What we don't do

We do not train any model on your project data, your application data, or your prompts. Your data is yours.

How we store it

Each hosted project runs on its own dedicated Postgres instance, not a shared multi-tenant database. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Enterprise customers can deploy into their own cloud account, so data never leaves their infrastructure.

Third parties

We use infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing) to run the service. They process data only as needed to provide their service to us.

Your rights

You can export or delete your project data at any time from your account. If you cancel, project data is kept for 30 days in case you want it back, then permanently deleted.

Changes

We'll post changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be emailed to account holders.
